With nearly 18 years of experience in the care industry as a Certified Nursing Assistant and leader in medical records, administration, and fiscal operations, Nicole has built a strong foundation rooted in service, structure, and impact.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Upper Iowa University and completed her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2024, focusing on organizational leadership.
