I founded AnchorHER because I watched too many brilliant, capable women hit ceilings that had nothing to do with their talent — and everything to do with access. Access to capital, access to networks, access to the kind of mentorship that changes a life.
We exist to remove those barriers. Every workshop, every scholarship, every coaching call is an anchor — grounding women in their worth and giving them the leverage to rise.
